From Spring 2000 on F&K Kft. has manufactured manual bottling equipments for carbonated drinks (beer, mineral water, soft drinks, sparkling wine etc.).
The machine is manufactured of stainless steel, of easy handling, requiring only a small area (1 m2), of long operating life. The overpressure head prevents the liquid from cracking or scumming.
2 -The capacity of equipments with 4-6 heads is of 100-300 bottle/hour.
After technical improvements (pump, electric switchboard), wine, fruit juice, edible oil (non-aggressive liquids) can also be bottled.
The equipment is recommended up to bottle sizes of 2.5 l. The dimensions may be adjusted on the frame (type N), the fill-up level on the filling tap.
Type N is manually operated, type S with a foot pedal.
When required, it can also be delivered with combined heads (siphon filling). Individual requirements may also be met (e.g. capping, bottle size etc.)

The above prices are valid for bottling beer.
For wine bottling, an additional price of EUR 500 shall be reckoned with because of the integration of stainless steel pump, the pressure switch and the electronic switchboard.
